Article 50-2 (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses)
- No person shall collect email addresses from an internet website using automated programs or other technical devices without the prior consent of the website operator or administrator.
- No person shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of the preceding paragraph.
- No person shall use email addresses, knowing that such collection, sale, or distribution is prohibited under Paragraphs 1 and 2, for the purpose of transmitting information.

Article 65 (Penalties)
- Any person who falls under any of the following categories shall be subject to imprisonment for up to one year or a fine of up to KRW 10,000,000.
